Customers can now ship their perfectly good returns directly to the next buyer. 

  • Customers can opt in for renew returns at the return summary page
  • They’ll upload images of their returns for you to assess before they are listed for sale
  • Once someone places an order, we’ll issue a label for your customers to ship their items straight to the new buyer!

Skip the warehouse hassle - from inspection, repackaging, handling fees and so forth. By facilitating items being shipped directly to the next buyer, reNEW not only cuts down on processing and shipping costs but also minimises environmental impact, making returns management both cost-effective and sustainable.

Peer-to-peer returns network

Allowing returners to ship their perfectly good returns directly to the new buyer, eliminating the need to send them back to the warehouse. Our platform allows for easy validation of product conditions through customer-uploaded images, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy exchange process. Once a return is selected for reNEW and passes quality checks, it is automatically listed on the brand’s website.
